Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Food Preparation
- Assist in preparing simple food items such as sandwiches, salads, or beverages as required.
- Follow proper portion control and presentation guidelines.
Cash Handling
- Operate cash registers and handle cash or credit card transactions.
- Provide accurate change and issue receipts to customers.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and serving areas.
- Ensure all equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards.
- Dispose of waste and manage garbage bins properly.
Stock Management
- Replenish food and beverage supplies in the serving area.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Education and Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Certification in food safety or handling (e.g., ServSafe or equivalent) is often an advantage.
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not always required.
