Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet and welcome customers promptly.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Answer customer inquiries about the menu and provide suggestions.
Food Service
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper presentation and quality of dishes before serving.
- Handle special requests or dietary restrictions as needed.
Table Management
- Set up tables with clean tableware, napkins, and condiments.
- Clear and clean tables after guests leave.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well‑maintained at all times.
Order Processing
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure they are prepared correctly.
- Process payments accurately and provide receipts.
Qualifications

Experience
