Job summary

Andar Assistance is seeking a capable Fleet Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end towing operations, coordinate drivers, and ensure rapid response with high customer satisfaction across all service areas.

The candidate should bring proven experience in fleet management, strong leadership, and a robust understanding of maintenance, safety audits, and compliance to maintain continuous, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or towing/transport operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, dispatch systems and operational compliance.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Operational Reporting Tools
