Andar Assistance in Pasig is seeking a data analytics professional to monitor app performance, analyze dispatch operations, and deliver regular BI reports. You will build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, review customer insights, and propose data-driven improvements to app functionality and processes.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to work independently in a fully on-site setup at 3/F, 10E Capitol Dr, Pasig.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, IT, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Analytics.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, BI, reporting, or related role.
• Experience handling large datasets, preparing reports, and developing dashboards is preferred.
• Experience using data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
• Experience analyzing application data, digital platforms, transportation, logistics, or service operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily application transactions, usage, and user activity to detect errors and performance trends.
• Analyze towing requests, dispatch efficiency, response times, and job completion rates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze customer behavior and service preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for management.
• Ensure data accuracy and coordinate with developers and operations on data/reporting needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. App Performance & Monitoring: Responsible for monitoring daily application transactions, usage, and user activity, including registered customers, towing partners, active users, and completed transactions. Identify app errors, irregularities, and performance trends.

2. Operational Data Analysis: Analyze towing requests, dispatch efficiency, response times, and job completion rates. Evaluate driver and towing partner performance and identify operational bottlenecks and service delays.

3. Business Intelligence & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools to monitor revenue, transaction volume, cancellation rates, and customer retention.

4. Customer & Market Insights: Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and service preferences. Identify high-demand locations, peak service hours, and opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention.

5. Data-Driven Recommendations: Translate data findings into actionable business recommendations for management. Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, customer experience, and operational processes.

6. Data Management & Coordination: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of application data. Coordinate with software developers and the operations team regarding system-related concerns, data discrepancies, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

1. EDUCATION:

   1. Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or any related field.

2. WORK EXPERIENCE:

   1. At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related role.

   2. Experience handling large datasets, preparing reports, and developing dashboards is preferred.

   3. Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar applications is an advantage.

   4. Experience analyzing application data, digital platforms, transportation, logistics, or service-related operations is an advantage but not required.

3. SPECIAL QUALITIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:

   1. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

   2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including data analysis and reporting functions.

   3. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and database management.

   4. Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

   5. Ability to develop dashboards and generate reports on application performance, user activity, transactions, and operational efficiency.

   6. Strong attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy, validation, and record management.

   7. Ability to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational improvement.

   8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting data findings and recommendations.

   9. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple reporting requirements.

   10. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

   11. Willing to learn new data analytics tools, technologies, and application performance monitoring techniques.

   12. Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is an advantage.
