Andar Assistance in Pasig is seeking a hands-on Fleet Operations Manager to supervise end-to-end towing services, coordinate drivers, and optimize dispatch across service areas.

The role requires a background in fleet/logistics, strong leadership, and a track record of maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. On-site work Monday–Friday with opportunities for impact and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or towing/transport operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, dispatch systems, and operational compliance.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
