Job summary

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This full-time role oversees and optimises our fleet operations, including maintenance, compliance, driver management and route planning to ensure safe, cost-effective transportation services.

You will manage maintenance scheduling, monitor fuel and costs, and ensure regulatory compliance across the fleet while tracking performance metrics for senior management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fleet management or a similar role within transportation or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Experience with fleet management software and telematics systems.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyse costs and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of licensing, registration, insurance and inspections for vehicles.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations and maintenance to keep vehicles roadworthy.

About the role

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our fleet operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective and safe transportation services. As Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our vehicle fleet, from maintenance and compliance to driver management and route optimisation. This strategic role is essential to our operational success and directly impacts our ability to deliver reliable services to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the entire fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition and roadworthy
• Develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance providers to minimise downtime
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance metrics and operational costs to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Manage driver recruitment, training and performance evaluation to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory requirements including vehicle registration, insurance and safety inspections
• Track and maintain comprehensive fleet records including maintenance logs, accident reports and driver documentation
• Optimise route planning and scheduling to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses
• Investigate and report on vehicle incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions where necessary
• Liaise with procurement to source parts, fuel and services at competitive rates
• Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs and key performance indicators for senior management
• Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a culture of safe driving practices

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in fleet management or a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, mechanical systems and fleet compliance regulations
• Proficiency with fleet management software and telematics systems
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyse costs and implement cost-reduction initiatives
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating a team
• Knowledge of safety standards, driver licensing requirements and transportation regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills under pressure
• Experience with vehicle acquisition and disposal processes (preferred)
• Familiarity with environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives in fleet operations (preferred)
