Job summary

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This full-time role oversees and optimises our fleet operations, including maintenance, compliance, driver management and route planning to ensure safe, cost-effective transportation services.

You will manage maintenance scheduling, monitor fuel and costs, and ensure regulatory compliance across the fleet while tracking performance metrics for senior management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fleet management or a similar role within transportation or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Experience with fleet management software and telematics systems.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyse costs and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of licensing, registration, insurance and inspections for vehicles.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations and maintenance to keep vehicles roadworthy.
• Develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules with providers to minimise downtime.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance and costs to identify savings.
• Manage driver recruitment, training and performance evaluations for safety and policy compliance.
• Ensure vehicles meet regulatory requirements including registration, insurance and inspections.
• Maintain fleet records such as maintenance logs and driver documentation.
• Optimise route planning to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions; liaise with procurement for parts and services.
• Prepare regular fleet performance reports for senior management.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
