About the role

We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Kalawaan, Pasig City location in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the day-to-day management and coordination of our fleet operations. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring vehicles are efficiently utilized, maintained and deployed to meet customer demands. This role is essential to optimizing our fleet performance and supporting the broader objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating vehicle schedules, assignments and maintenance activities to ensure optimal fleet utilization
• Monitoring vehicle locations, fuel consumption and operational performance through fleet management systems
• Processing vehicle maintenance requests and tracking repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration and inspections
• Communicating with drivers, mechanics and logistics staff to resolve operational issues promptly
• Assisting with route planning and optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Preparing reports on fleet performance, fuel usage and vehicle maintenance schedules
• Supporting compliance with transportation regulations and fleet safety standards
• Liaising with vendors and service providers for vehicle repairs, parts and fuel supplies
• Coordinating with customers regarding vehicle availability, scheduling and any fleet-related inquiries

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in fleet management, fleet coordination or a similar logistics support role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in fleet management software systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with drivers, mechanics and management
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, transportation regulations and fleet safety protocols
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing operational demands
• Valid driver's license is advantageous
• Familiarity with fuel management and cost control principles is desirable
