Job summary

Suy Sing Commercial Corporation is seeking a Fleet Officer to manage a growing fleet of vehicles, coordinate maintenance, and optimize usage across Taguig, Meycauayan, and Parañaque sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field, proven experience in fleet operations and ERP systems, and strong analytical skills to drive cost efficiency and safe, compliant transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations, or supply chain management.
• Experience managing vehicle fleets, logistics teams, and third-party service providers.
• Proficiency in logistics, fleet management, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, fleet maintenance, and transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance, arrange repairs, and monitor vehicle condition.
• Maintain movement logs, fuel consumption records, and cost tracking reports.
• Monitor driver schedules, review performance, and support daily dispatch needs.
• Oversee daily vehicle deployment, route tracking, and asset allocation.
• Process LTO vehicle registration renewals, insurance policies, and mandatory government permits.
• Analyze monthly operational expenses, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Update logs for maintenance history, incident reports, and driver assignments.
• Oversee vehicle acquisitions, disposals, and the inventory of spare parts.

About the role

Fleet Officers are responsible for managing and coordinating a company's fleet of vehicles. Their duties typically involve overseeing vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, scheduling vehicle usage, and managing drivers or crew. They also help optimize fleet efficiency, monitor fuel usage, and maintain records related to the fleet's operations. Fleet Officers play a crucial role in minimizing operational costs and ensuring that the fleet runs smoothly and safely.

• Willing to undergo work rotation across our Taguig, Meycauayan, and Parañaque sites as part of their assignment.
