Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. seeks a Fleet Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, compliance, and efficient operation of our vehicle fleet in Metro Manila. You will supervise drivers, coordinate with vendors, and manage records to ensure safe, cost-effective mobility across the business.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in fleet management, strong leadership, and knowledge of DOT regulations. You will drive cost-saving initiatives and leverage fleet software to track performance and fuel use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Logistics, Business, or related field
• 3+ years in fleet management, transportation, or automotive maintenance
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle diagnostics
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all fleet vehicles (cars, trucks etc.)
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance costs to optimize efficiency
• Coordinate with mechanics, service providers, and parts suppliers to minimize downtime
• Ensure fleet compliance with DOT, OSHA, LTFRB, and state/federal regulations
• Maintain accurate vehicle records (registrations, inspections, insurance, and licenses)
• Conduct driver safety training and enforce company policies
• Track fleet expenses and assist in budget preparation
• Generate reports on fuel consumption, repair costs, and fleet utilization
• Recommend cost-saving measures (e.g., fuel-efficient vehicles, telematics)
• Utilize fleet management software (GPS, maintenance tracking systems)
