Position: Fleet & Operations Head
Location: Bulacan (On-site)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:
The Fleet and Operations Head will be responsible for leading the nationwide management of approximately 800-900 trucks and vehicles across multiple locations. The role is critical in ensuring seamless logistics operations, fleet efficiency, regulatory compliance, and overall cost effectiveness. The company is looking for a strong leader with operational expertise and strategic vision to optimize large-scale fleet and logistics operations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee vehicle acquisition, deployment, maintenance, fuel efficiency, insurance, and licensing.
• Lead driver workforce management, dispatch, scheduling, and nationwide logistics operations.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, drive cost optimization, and negotiate with vendors.
• Implement route planning and optimization, enforce safety standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fuel consumption, downtime, maintenance costs, and incident rates.
• Generate data-driven operational and financial reports to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 8-10 years of experience in fleet and logistics operations, with proven leadership experience managing large-scale fleets (800+ vehicles).
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, driver management, safety compliance, and logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and negotiate with vendors.
• Proficiency in fleet management systems and logistics software is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
