Job summary

Keli Careers Private Limited in the Philippines seeks a fleet operations professional to manage day-to-day vehicle movements and respond to breakdowns onsite.

You will coordinate with workshops, drivers, and vendors, ensuring inspections, repairs and handovers are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Automotive, Logistics or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience in fleet management or automotive industry.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence required for driving company vehicle.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate with drivers, vendors, workshops and internal teams.
• Able to work independently and follow up on pending matters effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations for prime movers, trailers and trucks.

• Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, servicing and handovers.
• Monitor maintenance and progress of repairs and completion.

• Provide regular updates on vehicle status and issues.
• Support other fleet-related operational matters as required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations for prime movers, trailers and trucks.

• Attend vehicle breakdowns and urgent issues onsite, and coordinate with workshops, towing providers and vendors.

• Conduct and coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, servicing and handovers.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance and follow up on repair progress and completion.

• Coordinate vehicle deployment, replacement and collection with operations.

• Liaise with workshops, inspection centres, insurance parties and other fleet-related vendors.

• Provide regular updates on vehicle status, breakdowns, repairs and operational issues.

• Support other fleet-related operational matters as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Automotive, Logistics or a related field preferred.

• 2–3 years’ experience in fleet management, vehicle operations, transport or the automotive industry.

• Able to attend onsite vehicle breakdowns and inspections when required. Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.

• Valid Class 3 driving licence (or equivalent) is required for driving the company vehicle.

• Good negotiation and communication skills.

• Able to coordinate effectively with internal departments, drivers, vendors, workshops and other stakeholders.

• Able to work independently and follow up on pending matters effectively.
