Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Vehicle Management staff to oversee the documentation, compliance, insurance, monitoring, and administrative requirements of company vehicles and delivery trucks. The successful candidate will ensure that all vehicle-related records and requirements are updated accurately and on time while coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle registration and documentation, including OR/CR renewals, new truck registration, plate stickers, and PA & PCP applications, ensuring all requirements are completed on time.
• Monitor and update truck deployment/delivery schedules, vehicle records, servicing, repairs, and maintenance accurately and in real time.
• Handle toll fee monitoring, invoice preparation, and insurance expense amortization, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.
• Monitor vehicle insurance claims and GPS services, coordinating with concerned personnel and service providers for proper resolution of issues.
• Ensure all company vehicles comply with government regulations, licensing, insurance, registration, and safety inspection requirements.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, service providers, leasing agencies, and other vendors, while preparing fleet reports and recommending cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
