YTO EXPRESS is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee the monitoring and management of the company’s fleet assets including motorcycles, cars, vans, and trucks in Metro Manila. You will maintain an accurate fleet asset masterlist and track vehicle utilization and status.

Supervise the overall monitoring and management of company fleet assets, including motorcycles, cars, vans, trucks, and other operational vehicles. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the fleet asset masterlist, including vehicle details, plate number, engine/chassis number, assigned branch, assigned driver, status, and location. Monitor vehicle utilization, availability, assignment, and operational status.
Supervise the overall monitoring and management of company fleet assets, including motorcycles, cars, vans, trucks, and other operational vehicles
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the fleet asset masterlist, including vehicle details, plate number, engine/chassis number, assigned branch, assigned driver, status, and location
Monitor the issuance, assignment, transfer, return, and movement of fleet assets
Ensure proper documentation for vehicle issuance, transfer, acknowledgment, pull-out, and return
Monitor vehicle utilization, availability, assignment, and operational status
Coordinate with Operations and concerned departments regarding vehicle allocation and scheduling based on operational requirements
Monitor vehicle registration, insurance, permits, licenses, and other required fleet documents and ensure timely renewal
Coordinate with mechanics, service providers, and accredited repair shops regarding preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other vehicle-related concerns
Conduct and supervise periodic physical inventory and verification of fleet assets
Prepare regular fleet asset reports covering vehicle status, utilization, maintenance, registration, availability, and other relevant metrics
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Fleet Management, Engineering, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in fleet management, asset management, logistics, transportation, or related operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for fleet tracking and reporting
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and asset-control skills
Good communication, coordination, and supervisory skills
Able to manage multiple fleet-related requests and operational priorities
Willing to conduct field visits, physical inventory, and vehicle inspections when required
Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment
