Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Officer to oversee day-to-day fleet operations in Makati. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective use of company vehicles, coordinating dispatch, maintenance, fuel monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

The Fleet Officer is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective utilization of company vehicles. This role manages vehicle dispatch, maintenance, fuel monitoring, fleet card administration, regulatory compliance, and transportation records while coordinating with drivers, mechanics, and service providers to maintain reliable fleet services.
Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch, driver assignments, and transportation requirements based on business needs.
Monitor vehicle utilization, mileage, trip records, and fleet availability to ensure efficient operations.
Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vehicle servicing activities.
Ensure all vehicles maintain valid registrations, insurance coverage, permits, and regulatory requirements.
Administer Fleet Cards, including issuance, monitoring, reconciliation, and validation of fuel transactions.
Track fuel consumption, identify unusual transactions, and investigate potential misuse or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate fleet records, including vehicle history, maintenance logs, fuel usage, incidents, and vendor information.
Prepare regular reports on fleet utilization, operating costs, fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, and vehicle performance.
Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, vendors, and external service providers to ensure timely and quality fleet support.
Monitor driver compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives related to fleet management and cost optimization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or vehicle administration.
Knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, dispatch coordination, and transportation regulations.
Experience in fuel monitoring, fleet card administration, cost tracking, and record management.
Understanding of vehicle registration, insurance requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and fleet management or GPS monitoring systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
Valid driver's license and practical knowledge of vehicle operation are an advantage.
Willing to travel, conduct field inspections, and respond to urgent fleet requirements when necessary.
