Job summary

Cognizant in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Support and Financial Crimes Review professional to help customers via phone, chat, and email. The role involves resolving issues, contributing to knowledge base updates, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.

You will perform fraud analysis, investigations, and monitoring within financial services, including banking and FinTech contexts, with growth opportunities across global accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Extensive experience in handling financial accounts - fraud analysis, investigation, and review.
• Experience in financial services including banking, payments, and FinTechs.

Responsibilities

• Provision of an excellent support experience to customers via phone, chat, and email
• Investigate and research user issues and identify and elevate bugs so they can be resolved as quickly as possible
• Advocate for users and pass ideas and best practices on to the rest of the team
• Update the internal knowledge base when you discover something new
• Establish effective working relationships with team members and customers
• Responsible for the operational tasks of Financial Crimes reviews, including sanctions screening and transaction monitoring alerting
