Job summary

Asiatel Outsourcing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our International Remittance / FinTech account in Ortigas, Pasig City. This onsite role requires handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, and inquiries while ensuring accurate remittance processing and excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of international BPO experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM systems and web-based tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year BPO experience with an international account.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in remittance, money transfer, or FinTech is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries for remittance and financial services.
• Process international money transfer transactions in line with regulations.
• Provide accurate information and issue resolution, with product knowledge support.
• Update customer records in CRM and maintain data integrity.
• Support multiple products and ensure a professional customer experience.
