As an Inbound Client Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptionalcustomer experiences.

You will be responsible for addressing enquiries, resolving issues,and providing information to our clients, ensuring they receive accurate and timelyassistance.

This position requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, excellentcommunication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regardingfinancial products and services.
• Provide comprehensive information, guidance, and solutions to meet customerneeds.

Issue Resolution

• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, or issues related tofinancial transactions.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution while adhering to company policies andregulatory guidelines.

Compliance

• Adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Ensure that customer interactions are conducted in compliance with legal andethical standards.

Documentation

• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in thecompany's CRM system.
• Identify and escalation recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives.
