Responsibilities

• Enter application data into the loan management system accurately and timely.
• Rename, organise and save documents in appropriate folders.
• Perform required checks (e.g., Google searches, Equifax, ABN, ASIC).
• Prepare submission information for internal credit review.
• Prepare customer documents for signing via wet signature or DocuSign.
• Upload documents to DocuSign and manage signing fields and status.
