Innovative Australian SME Fintech is hiring a Client Services Officer to deliver exceptional help desk support for customers of financial products and services. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and provide clear information and solutions with a customer-first approach.

The role requires strong English communication, a positive and proactive attitude, and prior customer service experience, preferably in financial services.

Qualifications

• Confident spoken and written English.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
• Proficient with PC and MS Office tools.
• Understanding of Australian Privacy and KYC framework desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding financial products and services.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, or issues related to financial transactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system and escalate recurring issues for improvement.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies during all customer interactions.
