Job summary

Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to assist the Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives for the assigned district, focusing on Total Portfolio Selling in construction-related products.

You will build professional sales techniques and long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience, familiarity with hardware stores and a broad client base, and is willing to cover Tarlac and nearby Nueva Ecija.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required.
• Preferably graduate of four-year course, college level, or a vocational course.
• Knowledgeable with hardware store networks is an advantage.
• Experience in selling construction-related products is an advantage.
• Know how to handle existing accounts and open new ones.
• Willing to cover Tarlac and some areas in Nueva Ecija.

The Field Sales Representative supports the Regional Sales Manager in attaining the sales objectives based on Total Portfolio Selling (TPS) in the assigned district. He is responsible for complying the AKS (Attitude, Knowledge and Skills) parameters and build professional sales techniques in order to develop a long-term working relationship with the customer.

Requirements:

• Preferably Graduate of any four years course, a college level, or a vocational course.
• With selling experience in construction related products is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable and has wide range of clients in general trade (Hardware Stores) is an advantage.
• Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required.
• Willing to handle Tarlac and cover some areas in Nueva Ecija.
