Job summary

Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to support the Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives through Total Portfolio Selling (TPS) within the assigned district in Metro Manila, Las Piñas.

The role requires demonstrating the AKS—Attitude, Knowledge, and Skills—and building strong, professional, long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction-related products, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

Preferably a graduate of Any four years course / 2 years course or at least college level.
With 1-2 years of sales experience; experience in construction-related products is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in general trade, particularly hardware stores, with an established network of clients is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage existing accounts and develop new accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Willing to perform full-time fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

Supports the Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives through Total Portfolio Selling (TPS).
Demonstrates required AKS (Attitude, Knowledge, and Skills) and builds strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Applies effective sales techniques and expands the customer base within the assigned district.
