Job summary

Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor based in Davao City to lead the district’s sales efforts and achieve the set targets.

The role focuses on expanding the active buying accounts and promoting a balanced product mix across manufactured and distributed lines. The ideal candidate will have strong sales management skills, an existing network in General Trade (hardware stores), and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships through effective field sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in Sales.
• Experience in construction-related products or FMCG is an advantage.
• Established network of clients in General Trade, particularly hardware stores is an advantage.
• Knowledge of handling existing accounts and developing/opening new accounts.
• Strong understanding of sales management and territory development.
• Articulate on explaining sales strategies and management approaches.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in Sales
• With sales experience in construction-related products or FMCG is an advantage
• With an established network of clients in the General Trade, particularly hardware stores, is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in handling existing accounts and developing/opening new accounts
• Strong understanding of sales management and territory development
• Articulate and confident in explaining sales strategies and management approaches
• Willing to work full-time in the field
• Must know how to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Must be based in Davao City
