Job summary

A resource management company in Metro Manila seeks a Sales Representative to support the District Sales Supervisor in achieving sales objectives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and selling experience in construction products is a plus. Full-time fieldwork is required. Ideal applicants are residents from Pasay, Makati, Taguig, or Manila and must be not more than 29 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any four year’s course, college level, vocational diploma, or short courses.
• Experience in construction-related product sales is an advantage.
• Must be knowledgeable with a wide range of clients in hardware stores.
• Ability to manage existing accounts and open new ones.
• Willing to do full-time fieldwork; resident of Pasay, Makati, Taguig or Manila.
• Not more than 29 years old.
• No butterfly stint (2 years average length of service).

• Supports the District Sales Supervisor in attaining the sales objectives based on Total Portfolio Selling (TPS) in the assigned district.
• Responsible for complying the AKS (Attitude, Knowledge and Skills) parameters and build professional sales techniques in order to develop a long term working relationship with the customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Graduate of any four year’s course/College Level/Vocational Diploma/Short Courses
• With selling experience in construction related products is an advantage
• Knowledgeable and has wide range of clients in general trade (Hardware stores) is an advantage
• Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts
• Willing to do full-time fieldwork; Must be a resident from Pasay, Makati, Taguig or Manila
• Not more than 29 years old
• No butterfly stint (2 years average length of service)
