A graduate of a four-year course with at least 1-2 years of sales experience is required, preferably in construction products. The role involves full-time fieldwork and managing existing accounts while creating new ones.

The Sales Agent supports the Regional Sales Manager in attaining the sales objectives based on Total Portfolio Selling (TPS) in the assigned district. They are responsible for complying the AKS (Attitude, Knowledge and Skills) parameters and build professional sales techniques in order to develop a long‑term working relationship with the customer.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable and has wide range of clients in general trade (Hardware Stores) is an advantage.
• Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts.
