Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Business Building Executive for the Tanauan Sales Office, field-based with a Monday–Saturday schedule. You will drive territory plans, ensure product availability and pricing compliance, and implement trade programs to grow sales.

You will collaborate with partner Salesmen to hit targets, strengthen brand presence, and expand distribution. A 4-year degree, valid manual transmission license, and strong selling/negotiation skills are required; field sales

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Field sales experience is an advantage.
• Background in sales or marketing projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute territory plans to achieve sales volume and market share targets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, distribution, and pricing compliance in assigned outlets.
• Implement trade programs, promotions, and consumer engagement activities.
• Work closely with partner Salesmen to achieve territory and business objectives.
• Strengthen brand presence and increase product distribution to drive sales growth.
