Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in Cauayan, with field work across the assigned territory to drive volume and account performance. You will manage distribution, visibility, collections, and AR, while building strong customer relationships.

A driver’s license with manual transmission is required; 4–5 years of supervisory and field sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license and can drive manual transmission.
• 4-5 years supervisory and field sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in your assigned territory to achieve objectives.
• Manage territories in terms of volume, accounts receivable, price, and distribution/visibility of PMFTC portfolio.
• Monitor sales, stock, daily collection and remittances, and fleet maintenance.
