Qualifications

• 4-year degree as a baseline requirement.
• Valid driving license (manual) is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills are essential.
• Field sales experience is advantageous.
• Background in sales or marketing projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute territory plans to achieve sales volume and market share targets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, distribution, and pricing compliance in assigned outlets.
• Implement trade programs, promotions, and consumer engagement activities.
• Work closely with partner Salesmen to achieve territory and business objectives.
• Strengthen brand presence and increase product distribution to drive sales growth.
