Job summary

Philip Morris International in Marikina is seeking a Business Building Executive to drive territory sales and market growth. The role is field-based, with Monday-Saturday work schedule and flexible hours, located at the Marikina Sales Office.

You will manage territory plans, ensure product availability, visibility and pricing, and implement trade programs and promotions in outlets. Collaboration with partner Salesmen is essential to meet objectives and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Must have a valid driver's license with ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Field sales experience is an advantage.
• Background in sales or marketing projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute territory plans to achieve sales volume and market share targets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, distribution, and pricing compliance in assigned outlets.
• Implement trade programs, promotions, and consumer engagement activities.
• Work closely with partner Salesmen to achieve territory and business objectives.
• Strengthen brand presence and increase product distribution to drive sales growth.
