Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate, college degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Field sales experience is a plus.
• Experience with sales/marketing projects and initiatives.
• Comfortable riding a panel truck / L300 vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, sell and distribute PMFTC portfolio in covered outlets to meet objectives.
• Execute commercial activities to drive KPIs like volume and distribution.
• Understand Retail & LAS profiles to guide demand generation initiatives.
• Provide quality customer service and build relationships with retailers.
