Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Business Building Executive for our Vigan Sales Office. The role is field-based with a Monday-to-Saturday schedule, focusing on growing sales through strong customer engagement and innovative strategies.

You will manage territory plans, ensure product visibility and pricing, and collaborate with Salesmen to hit targets while strengthening brand presence across outlets. A 4-year degree and active driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Field sales experience is an advantage.
• Background in sales or marketing projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute territory plans to achieve sales volume and market share targets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, distribution, and pricing compliance in assigned outlets.
• Implement trade programs, promotions, and consumer engagement activities.
• Work closely with partner Salesmen to achieve territory and business objectives.
• Strengthen brand presence and increase product distribution to drive sales growth.
