Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Business Building Executive for the Bauang Sales Office. This field-based role follows a Monday–Saturday schedule and focuses on growing sales through strong customer engagement and innovative sales strategies.

You will implement territory plans, ensure product availability and pricing compliance, and work with partner Salesmen to reach business targets while strengthening the brand presence in the local market.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with ability to drive manual transmission.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills are essential.
• Field sales experience is an advantage for this role.
• Background in sales or marketing projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales volume and market share targets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, distribution, and pricing compliance in outlets.
• Implement trade programs, promotions, and consumer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with partner Salesmen to achieve territory objectives.
• Strengthen brand presence and expand product distribution to drive growth.
