Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Customer Development Executive to grow the assigned territory by expanding accounts and increasing product usage. You will manage existing business, ensure no fall-out, and push for consistent growth through new product introductions and stronger in-store presence.

You will plan routes, monitor stock, and maximize point‑of‑sale opportunities while negotiating promotions and visibility with local retailers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent.
• Has passion for food and preferably has cooking skills.
• Willing to be assigned and do field work in North Mindanao area.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned territory by expanding accounts and increasing product usage.
• Plan routes to maximize time at point-of-sale and ensure availability.
• Drive visibility and promotions by securing shelf space, negotiating local actions, and reporting gaps.
