Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Customer Development Executive to grow the assigned territory in the Philippines, expanding UFS reach by developing new accounts and increasing product penetration through new product introductions.

You will manage existing business to prevent drop-off and drive consistent growth by increasing product usage, requiring willingness to travel and conduct field work across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent.
• Has passion for food & preferably has cooking skills.
• Willing to be assigned in different locations and will do field work.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned territory and increase product usage by expanding accounts.
• Monitor pricing and ensure correct prices at point-of-sale.
• Plan routing to maximize time spent at point-of-sale.
• Check out-of-stock situations and ensure availability of brands.
• Ensure shelf space in line with planograms and maximize visibility.
• Sell in promotions and negotiate best promo locations.
• Develop territory and account plans; arrange demonstrations to capitalize on opportunities.
