Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Customer Development Executive to grow the assigned territory in North Mindanao, expand UFS reach with new accounts and drive product penetration through new product introductions and routine account management.

You will plan routes, ensure on-shelf presence, negotiate promotions, and build strong relationships with operators to sustain demand, while applying chefmanship and selling skills to increase usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Passion for food and cooking is preferred.
• Willing to be assigned to field work in North Mindanao area.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by developing new accounts and increasing product penetration.
• Manage existing business ensuring no fall-out and consistent growth.
• Plan routing to maximize time at POS and manage stock availability.
• Negotiate promotions and ensure in-store visibility and planograms.
