Job summary

Unilever Philippines is recruiting a Customer Development Executive to grow the assigned territory, expand UFS reach, and increase product penetration with new accounts and ongoing growth with existing partners.

The role emphasizes field work in North Mindanao, pricing discipline, and brand visibility to drive sales, with a focus on chefmanship and active demonstrations to grow product usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent.
• Has passion for food and preferably cooking skills.
• Willing to be assigned and do field work in North Mindanao area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the agreed Sales Budgets in terms of sales volume and/or sales value.
• Monitor pricing and ensure correct prices at point-of-sale.
• Implement standard of UFS selling and chefmanship skills.
• Plan routing to maximize time at point-of-sale.
• Check and act on Out of Stock; manage availability of brands.
• Sell in promotions and negotiate best promo locations.
• Implement national key account agreements and report gaps per POS.
