Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Customer Development Executive to grow the assigned territory, expand UFS reach by developing new accounts, and improve product penetration through new product introductions. You will manage existing business to prevent gaps and drive steady growth by increasing product usage.

Responsibilities include planning routes, ensuring stock availability, maximizing in-store visibility, negotiating promotions, and implementing national account agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics/Business/Marketing/Commerce/HRM) or equivalent.
• Has passion for food; cooking skills are a plus.
• Willing to be assigned and do field work in North Mindanao area.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned territory by developing new accounts and increasing product penetration.
• Manage existing business to avoid out-of-stock and ensure consistent growth.
• Monitor pricing and ensure correct prices at POS; uphold selling and chefmanship standards.
