Job summary

Big E Food Corporation (Lemon Square) in the Philippines is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to oversee sales operations within the assigned area and drive target achievement. You will lead and develop a sales team, build relationships with distributors and customers, and ensure execution across General Trade, Distributor and Retail channels.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of people management experience, a background in FMCG sales, and strong skills in customer relationship management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in any field
• 2 years field sales experience in account and relationship management
• 1–2 years in people management or team leadership
• Working experience in FMCG sales or related field is an advantage
• Experience in General Trade, Distributor, and/or Retail operations
• Strong background in customer relationship management, sales planning, and execution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Willing to handle GMA South area

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise sales operations within the territory.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Develop, maintain, and acquire customers to expand business opportunities.
• Hire, train, develop, and motivate sales personnel to improve team performance.
• Monitor sales activities, field execution, and territory coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, accounts, and customers.
• Ensure proper execution of trade programs across General Trade and/or Retail channels.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on territory performance.
