Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Customer Development Executive to grow a designated territory by expanding UFS reach and developing new accounts. The role focuses on increasing product penetration, managing existing business, and ensuring no fall-out accounts while driving growth through new product introductions.

You will plan routes, check stock and availability, negotiate promotions, and ensure strong in-store presence aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent.
• Has passion for food and preferably has cooking skills.
• Willing to be assigned in different locations and will do field work.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned territory by expanding UFS reach and developing new accounts.
• Increase product penetration by introducing new products and ensuring no fall-out accounts.
• Monitor pricing and ensure correct POS pricing; implement selling and chefmanship skills.
• Plan routing to maximise time at POS and manage stock availability.
• Gain shelf visibility via planograms, introduce innovations, and negotiate local actions.
• Drive demand through recipes and menu integration; sustain repeat purchases; introduce new products.

Education

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent
