Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Customer Development Executive to grow the North Mindanao territory by expanding accounts, increasing product usage, and introducing new products. You will implement field selling skills, plan efficient routes, and ensure in-store presence aligns with planograms.

Responsibilities include driving sales budgets, pricing accuracy at POS, and negotiating promotions while building strong relationships with operators to sustain growth across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent.
• Has passion for food and preferably has cooking skills.
• Willing to be assigned and do field work in North Mindanao area.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales by expanding UFS reach through new accounts and increasing product usage.
• Achieve the agreed Sales Budgets in terms of sales volume and/or sales value.
• Monitor pricing and ensure correct prices at point-of-sale.
• Implement standard selling and chefmanship skills within the field.
• Plan routes to maximize time spent at points-of-sale and manage Out of Stock.
• Ensure shelf space and visibility in line with planograms; negotiate promotions and best promo locations.
• Sell in promotions and manage national key account agreements; develop territory and account plans.
