Job summary

Unilever Philippines is hiring for a Sales & Key Account Management role in the Greater Manila Area. You will develop top customers, engage regularly, and drive category growth across online and offline channels while ensuring stock availability and in-store visibility.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in FMCG sales, strong stakeholder skills, and proficient Excel. Field work across GMA and nearby provinces is required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be a bachelor’s degree holder.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management preferably handling grocery accounts within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Highly data driven - proficient MS Excel capabilities.
• Willing to do field work within GMA (Greater Manila Area) and nearby provinces.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop top key customers through the execution of differentiated national and customized activities.
• Maintaining regular customer engagement to further build business and relationship.
• Ensuring stock availability, replenishment across all branches, visibility and merchandising of products in-store.
• Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth.
• Planning and executing category-growing initiatives (both online and offline) to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management.
• Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators.
• Ensuring successful new store openings by making Unilever brands stand out inside the store.
