About the role

ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative is seeking a Field Partner Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst driving sales growth across our janitorial and manpower services portfolio. You will work both in the field and office environment, managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities that align with our service offerings. This position is crucial to our continued expansion and success in the competitive facilities management sector.

What you'll be doing

• Identify, prospect and acquire new clients in the janitorial and manpower services sector
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts through regular communication and exceptional service delivery
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored service solutions
• Prepare and present comprehensive quotations and service proposals to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements whilst maintaining company profitability
• Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and service reviews
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client concerns promptly
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and business development objectives
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, agreements and transactions using company management systems
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity and client needs to inform business strategy

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in facilities management, janitorial services or manpower recruitment
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable business results
• Sound knowledge of contract negotiation and closing techniques
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila for client visits
• Flexibility to work during extended business hours when required
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Previous experience in the janitorial, cleaning or facilities services industry is highly desirable
