About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Staff to join ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, where you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the janitorial and manpower services sector. As a Sales Staff member, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of services to potential customers. This role is essential to our company's continued expansion and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
• Present and demonstrate janitorial and manpower services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements
• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions and transaction history
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are understood and properly communicated
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking functions to promote company services
• Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and client needs

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience in the services industry, preferably in janitorial, facilities management, or manpower recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively
• Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
• Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple client accounts and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software (experience with CRM systems is advantageous)
• Fluent in English and/or Filipino; additional languages are a plus
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for client meetings
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field is preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability and professional demeanour
