Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, account management, or a related role.
• Experience in building and managing partnerships with merchants and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of sales, merchant acquiring, marketing programs, and business development strategies.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and achieve business targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new merchant accreditation by prospecting and negotiating partnerships.
• Manage relationships with merchant partners to drive installments and billings.
• Develop and execute merchant-driven programs, including promotions and installment offers.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for program implementation.
• Analyze merchant performance, market trends, and opportunities to support growth.
• Achieve acquisition and billing targets while ensuring compliance with policies.
