As a Junior Merchant Sales Officer, you'll be responsible for driving business growth within your assigned territory through acquiring new merchant partners and maintaining strong client relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and engage potential merchant partners within the assigned area.
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and demonstrate the benefits of the products and services.
• Negotiate and close merchant acquisition deals.
• Manage and expand the assigned sales territory.
• Conduct regular merchant visits to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and other similar business activities to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
• Submit timely sales reports and updates on merchant accounts.
• Track and achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

What We Need:

• Experience in Field Sales, Merchant Acquisition, account management, or business development is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to address merchants' and clients' challenges.
• Can work under high pressure.
