Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs tellering, new accounts functions, and other over-the-counter duties as per Branch Operations Manual.
• Support the Service Manager in achieving service standards with fast turnaround and error-free processing.
• Attend to and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, including complex cases.
