Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency on par with the Business Center's Service Standards (e.g., standard line wait, service time within acceptable turn around time, error-free processing of transactions).
• Support in process improvement and technology implementation on all systems used in the branch and implement accurately in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Engage with the branch's clients and offer excellent customer service and experience.
• Perform administrative functions in a systematic manner.
