Job summary

RCBC Philippines is seeking a candidate to join Branch Banking Operations, focused on providing competent, timely over-the-counter services and accurate transaction processing while ensuring compliance with BSP/AMLA and other regulations. The role includes tellering, new accounts work, and back-room tasks per the Branch Operations Manual, with a goal of fast, error-free service for client satisfaction.

Fresh graduates are welcome; overtime and cross-branch rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4 or more year course. A degree in a business or service industry oriented course will be an advantage.
• Ideally with one (1) year experience in Branch Operations-related work. But Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to render overtime as needed
• Willing to be rotated and/or cross posted to other branches in compliance with the bank's control and service requirements.
• Acts with sense of urgency and service oriented #LI-GL1

Responsibilities

• Performs tellering, new accounts related functions, other over-the-counter functions and back room functions as required in the Branch Operations Manual, and in accordance with Bank policies and other regulatory bodies.
• Supports the Service Manager (SM) in achieving the Business Center service standards by providing excellent service, fast turnaround time and error free processing for total client satisfaction
• Attends and resolves in a quick and efficient manner customer queries and complaints including the resolution of complex complaints that cannot be resolved while clients wait.
