Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Facilities Specialist to manage day-to-day facilities operations, implement policies, and serve as the point person for admin and technical tasks across sites. The role will execute work processes, coordinate with vendors, and drive preventive/predictive maintenance programs while maintaining office upkeep and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BPO/corporate settings, is technically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in BPO, corporate, or office settings.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Technically inclined with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and pressure handling.
• Familiar with MS Office and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and admin tasks.
• Implement maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination processes.
• Interact with housekeeping, vendors, and customers daily.
• Collect and interpret data for preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Supervise pest control, plumbing, electrical, and other services as needed.
• Drive planning, projects, and ownership of facilities initiatives.
