Qualifications

• Professional experience in facilities management or similar role (5+ years).
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and implement policies.
• Serve as point person for admin/technical tasks at sites.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, pest control, and services.
• Support preventive & predictive maintenance planning and execution.
• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of office facilities.
